Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Management of day to day operations of properties incl. all phases of maintenance
• Regular exchange with tenants in order to resolve issues in a timely and cooperative manner
• Support of our leasing department regarding lease negotiations
• Responsibility for on-time delivery of rental property for new tenants based on the respective lease agreements
• Preparation of financial statements and reports regarding the status of properties
• Administration and monitoring of expenses, receivables and rental fees
• Solicitation and review of bids from tenants and (re)negotiation of maintenance contracts
