Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, security and all agendas related to the operation of the Polus City Center complex
• Identify and solve everyday problems related to building maintenance
• Checking for compliance with sanitary and fire regulations, safety and security at work directives by tenants and service providers according to local regulations
• Responsibility for the proper performance of all inspection activities
• Control of equipment and operation of the office space in compliance with internal regulations
• Building and maintaining good relationships with tenants on behalf of building owner
• Preparation of documents for creation of budget for the complex maintenance and operation
• Maintenance of greenery – interior, exterior, including grassy areas around buildings

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
• Successfully completed technical studies, additional training in electrical engineering is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in leading a technical team in the commercial real estate sector
• Experience in building management systems and HVAC systems
• Slovak and English spoken and written
• Advanced in MS-Office, AutoCad is an advantage
• Self-confident appearance - commitment - ability to work independently
