Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities:
1. Implementing the approved marketing plan for the shopping center and office buildings
2. Implementing and managing approved communication strategy and promotion of the shopping center including implementation of media mix according to the approved yearly marketing plan
3. Designing and implementing events and promotions with the target to increase the traffic of the shopping center as well as to support the turnovers of the tenants according to the approved yearly marketing strategy
4. Close cooperation with creative and PR agencies
5. Managing the suppliers, controlling the costs and quality of provided services
6. Building and maintaining intense communication and cooperation with the shopping center tenants
7. Managing the process of renting the space and atypical media advertising in the shopping center
8. Managing the process of renting and organization of the seasonal markets
9. Managing the short term partnerships
10. Managing the loyalty program of the shopping center
11. Responsibility for all the information materials for visitors and tenants of the shopping center
12. Monitoring market analysis, competition and their activities on the market, visitors traffic analysis
13. Daily administration

Personality requirements and skills

Profile requirements:
• University education in economics and/or marketing is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the marketing/advertising branch, preferably real estate or retail (not a must)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Slovak (Slovak native speaker)
• Very good command in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with graphical software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, creative team player with entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic personality
