Job description, responsibilities and duties
The tasks of the Accountant will include (but is not limited to):
• Scanning & Electronic Uploading of Supplier Invoices
• Booking & Processing of Supplier Invoices, Expense Reports
• Follow-up of Purchase Orders
• Keep the suppliers Accounts up-to-date, Follow-up possible reminders
• Assist in day-to-day Accounting
• Assist in Month-End-Closing, Provide Reconciliation of certain Balance Sheet Accounts.
• Assist in timely Completion of legally required Statistics and Enquiries
• Assist as back-up towards other Tasks within Accounting
