Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be employed at one of the IKEA Industry units. During your first year you will attend the IKEA Industry Potential Program. In this program you will get the possibility to learn how the different parts of an IKEA Industry unit are working, and complementary to this attend several weeks of training together with 18 other participants of the program. After the program you will get a suitable position, and as a long term goal, we assume that you would like to develop and make a career within IKEA Industry.
The content of the program will be for example: Store practice, get knowledge about our production, leadership training, learning about the IKEA concept and much more. A mentor will be assigned to you during the program, and in the end of the program you will get a certified coach who will support you in your future journey.
