Contribute and develop internal communication on a strategic and operational level
Translate business challenges to communication needs and create strategies and activities to meet business needs
Contribute to develop and secure the information landscape internally
To steer the communication process within the company by using and create content for different channels
Coach middle management in communication
To steer newcomers communication training
Support organisation of events for the co-workers
Responsibility for internal communication channels (informational meetings within the factory, intranet, internal newsletter)
Cotribution in reporting of Packaging & Distribution staff
Supporting of Operations Manager related to staff agenda
Supporting of HR Business partner for Packaging & Distribution in processing and publishing advertisement of Packaging & Distribution roles
Reporting to Packaging & Distribution Manager

As a Communication Responsible for IKEA Components in Slovakia you will be responsible for the communication activities connected to our Packaging & Distribution unit in Malacky.

Your role will be to coach, advice and support managers, leaders and co-workers regarding communication. You will ensure that relevant information is communicated in an effective way to co-workers and other IKEA companies, suppliers or other external stakeholders. The position is located at IKEA Components in Malacky, Slovakia.
