Job description, responsibilities and duties
- responsible for managing projects within packaging & distribution, administrate and document them
- working with implementation plans
- to actively monitor deployment of implemented approaches and act upon discrepancies
- to develop KPI´s in order to follow up Packaging & Distribution performance
- to benchmark similar processes with the aim to improve our Packaging & Distribution performance
- developing new approaches in order to improve the Packaging & Distribution performance
- developing tools for improving production processes (like FMEA, Lean Prod, Six Sigma, SMED, 5S etc)
- working with implementation plans
