YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:
Administration
• Administration of leasing contract for AVION Shopping Centre Bratislava
• Administration of Manhattan program from leasing perspective
• Administration of paper and electronic archive
• Administration of Credit info
Business support for Leasing Manager
• Preparation and maintaining of all necessary documents for contracts including guarantees
• Providing support in reporting and preparation of yearly lease plan
• All agenda relating to the bank guarantees and deposits in cooperation with Finance department
• New tenats acquisition and market monitoring
• Other activities related to the job position based on actual needs delegated by Head of Leasing or Leasing Manager
