Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Ensure the asset value of the centre, by uninterrupted operations, optimal housekeeping, technical and building maintenance.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according legal requirements, Group Documents and other company concepts and standards.
• Monitor consumption of energy, water and waste to make the retail destination long-term sustainable.
• Analyse and propose actions to increase tenant and visitor satisfaction related to Operations.
• Ensure, analyse and follow up on facility measurements, software and reports, distribute key figures to different stakeholders and take actions on findings.
• Ensure optimised usage and competence of facility software and tools.
• Procure and manage service providers and contractors for the centre operations.
• Facilitate technical, safety and insurance related audits, analyse, give recommendations and take action based on the result.
• Optimise safety and foresee risks in the retail destination.
• Work proactively to optimise the operating costs by identifying cost savings.
• Develop and support guest service and maintenance management.
• In cooperation with Leasing, Construction and Technical recourses provide operational support in negotiations with tenants and optimise technical standards and demands.
• Line Manager responsibility over the Maintenance team.

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree from Technical University.
• You have 3-5 years of work experience in the field of Property, Facility or Energy Management.
• Commercial-mindset and change readiness.
• Service minded and team focused person.
• Very good leadership, communication, presentation and organization skills.
• Ability to translate business and technical needs into operational actions and solutions.
• Good written and spoken English and Slovak/Czech language.
