Job description, responsibilities and duties
Reports to: Head of Lease IICG CZ/SK
Key responsibilities:
Administration.
Administration of programs Manhattan, Cognos and CRM from leasing perspective.
Administration of paper and electronic archive.
Preparation of lease information material including layouts and brochures.
Administration of Credit info.
Business support for Lease Manager.
Preparation and maintaining of all necessary documents for contracts including guarantees.
Providing support in reporting and preparation of yearly lease plan.
All agenda relating to the bank guarantees and deposits in cooperation with Finance department.
New tenants acquisition and market monitoring.
Ensure lease negotiation with small tenants.
Other activities related to the job position based on actual needs delegated by Head of Lease or Lease Manager.
