Team Leader - Call centre

ABOUT THE JOB

Currently we are looking for 2 new Team Leaders as replacement of those who accepted new challenge and want to develop their competence in other areas.
As the Call centre Team Leader you will optimise the Customer experience and secure satisfied customers by motivating and inspiring your team in their everyday work using knowledge of the IKEA product range and services.
Your main priority will be to build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multi-channel retail environment.

Your assignment:
• Lead the Team in the Call Centre to ensure IKEA goals and standards.
• Understand and match customers’ needs and expectations.
• Develop the business and deliver result, find better ways, enable change.
• Create an environment which reflects IKEA values.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure the team understand the reasons for the action.
• Take fast actions to resolve customer issues in the most cost efficient way whilst maintaining our relationship with our customers.
• Create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with the team and other colleagues.

ABOUT YOU

• Interest in home furnishing as well as in people’s life at home
• Proven ability to understand cause and effect of decisions
• Experience in leading the team is advantage
• Ability to prioritise and organise your work and the work of others
• Good problem solving ability and also experience from previous practice
• Ability to put myself and the team in the shoes of customer
• Ability to set expectations and provide clear direction
• Excellent Czech or Hungarian or Slovak language together with English language skills spoken and written
