YOUR ASSIGNMENT
• Management of 1 part of IKEA Restaurant & Café
• IKEA Food concept implementation
• Managing, leading and developing IKEA Food employees
• Securing the Health/ Food Safety & Quality rules
• Implement HACCP plan and hygiene audits
• New food service technology testing and implementing
• Stock-control, merchandise planning, business data forecasting

• Education – min. High School with leaving examination, preferably in gastronomy area
• Experience of min. 3 years in similar position within the gastronomy area or food service business
• Ability to organise, plan and prioritize
• Very good communication and leadership skills
• Passion for working with people and customers
• Global food and beverage trends overview
• English language on intermediate active level
• Microsoft Office - user skills
