ABOUT THE JOB
The main purpose of the job is to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers.
Facility Manager leads and manages team of people in order to drive sales growth and sustain long-term profitability.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
• Preparation and realization of facility management plan of the building supporting achievement of the agreed goals for the store
• Conduction of technical audits and checks according to legal regulations and IKEA standards
• Follow-up new legal mandates
• Set up year plans and actions of facility team
• Negotiation and closure of contracts linked to maintenance and other services in cooperation with my manager
• Monitoring of the market prices development and in the case of need ensuring tender
• Optimalization of energy consumption, cooperation with Enviro-coordinator
• Supervision of task fulfilment of the cleaning company

O TEBE

• Experience in multi-service facilities management organisation, preferably in high-volume retail sector
• Mechanical/electrical, technical knowledge and practical experience in facility systems
• Certificate of professional competence in electrical engineering according to Decree No. 509/ Coll. - § 22 and higher – advantage, not requirement
• Experience in site-based contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors
• Preferably experience with project management and management of operational budgets
• Motivation to work with people and develop them
• Willingness to develop further
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong decision-making skills with ability to influence and act
• Flexibility
• Fluency in Slovak and English language
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
