Job description, responsibilities and duties
Due to growth in the region IDEXX is looking for a native Slovak speaking CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT to provide customer support for In-House Diagnostics to our Slovakian customers. The support may consist of answering customer questions, explaining products and services, instructing in use of equipment, configuring computer software and troubleshooting connectivity issues. He or she will also determine customer needs and provides solutions, coordinating with other team members as needed. We are looking for candidates that are willing to work from a home office.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-House Diagnostics Technical Support:
• Provides support for veterinary clients related to in-house diagnostic instruments and services.
• Troubleshoots instruments installed at customer locations, solving computer networking issues and other questions.
• Maintains customer documentation and information on IDEXX systems.
Order Entry:
• Provides support for clients regarding their consumable orders.
• Processes customer sales orders and resolves billing questions.
• Handles shipping enquiries and complaints.
• Maintains customer documentation and information on IDEXX systems.
• Performs back office administrative tasks.
