Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Operations Officer will be responsible for working closely with our different team members and outside offices with the region as well as and coordination of the Operations Center services, research, and providing email updates related to the security of our clients. His/her role and responsibilities are provided below.
Main Responsibilities:
The overall responsibility of the Operations Officer is to successfully manage customers’ needs and expectations, provide research and analysis, and oversee the Operations room. These specific responsibilities include the following:
Ensures that clients are being tended to and are fully supported
Is on-call and readily available for security updates, advisory emails, and support to clients
This candidate will essentially manage the Operations Center, therefore it is vital that this person be capable of leading and making tough decisions
Actively listen to each customer with patience and courtesy
Use your great communication skills to resolve customer's device, billing and service concerns
Build customer relationships-earn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful
You will need to communicate with our different offices in different locations
Develops research documentation, depending on requests
Prepares email advisory updates for our clients
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Competencies:
BA or higher degree preferred (IT field or Political Science preferred)
1 year of work experience preferably in related field (excluding absolvent)
Must be legally allowed to work in Slovakia
Excellent English (spoken and written), multilingual preferable
Ability to work in a team environment or individually, if needed
Computer skills Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment
Solid experience in Information Technology (IT), online systems, social media etc.
Interest in International Relations and the way the world works
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Builds solid relationships and responds positively to feedback
Thinking outside the box
Attitude of running the business as if it was his/her own
Continuous 24/7 operation for 12-hour shifts
