- Work with product management and the development team to qualify and test software components associated with our Knowledge Center releases
- Work close to development team to resolve issues with software component deliveries
- Collaborate with a world-wide client community to promote high tooling performance, reliability, and ease of use
- Capture complex user requirements in rigorous test beds to confirm behavior as expected, high performance under load, reliability, and ease of use
- Drive innovation through the adoption of best testing practices, tooling, and processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and solve problems

What do you need for your success?
- Computer Science or related major
- At least 1 year of development or testing experience
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix, command line tools
- Working knowledge server side testing or development
- Working knowledge of test methodology and tools
- Excellent English communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Performance and stress testing, security, integration testing
- Test automation
- Familiarity with IBM DB2, build tools and scripting (Gradle, Ant)
- Agile testing methodology
