What your daily tasks will look like?
- Back-End Developer must work in an Agile environment and cross functional teams.
- You will be required to communicate to senior management on a regular basis and also be required to communicate to internal stakeholders that AccessHUB supports.
- You have to know datasources and systems and understand their working.
-Back-End Developer should have a good understanding of IBM's policies and procedures and should be familiar with IBM's audit and compliance processes.

What do you need for your success?
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
- Ability to end to end deploy tool connectors,
- Ability to assess business need for applications
- Be able to design and code till production
