Client Experience Specialist for Sales

Job Description:

We, as Client Experience for Sales team, part of IBM Sales Management Support, work with IBM client feedback collected from around the world.
Our analytical insights from client surveys land in the hands of each senior sales leader.
Our Specialists primarily build reporting foundation which enables SMS CX Advisors, CX Program managers and SMS leaders to analyze client feedback and bring it in front of General Managers and Business Unit Leaders so they can act upon the insights and improve clients' experience when interacting with IBM.

Job responsibilities:

Reporting database maintenance
- Revalidating existing BI@IBM standard reports, collecting requests coming from stakeholders and designing new standard reports
- Coordinating of User Acceptance Tests
- Regular interlocks with Technical Reporting team
Help to drive communication
- Maintaining web page of Client Experience for Sales team on IBM intranet
- Cooperation on videos/calls creation
- Cooperation on building the education materials
Other supporting activities to enable CX Advisors deliver regular and ad-hoc analytical outputs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Requirements:

•Orientation to detail
•Fluent English is a must
•Advanced user of MS Excel
•Strong inclusive team player and mature personality
•Proactive, influencing, willing to take ownership and initiative
•Experience with web page design and coding (HTML) is an advantage
•Experience with client surveys and project management is an advantage

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

•Sales experience and Project management an advantage (strong follow up, setting of milestones, plans etc.)
•Tool skills: Advanced user in Cognos, dashboard, online reports
