Job Description

The primary job responsibility is to get familiar with Security administration and Access Management process, by performing activities which includes: ensure that accesses to IBM applications are authorised. This means enforcing the principles of "business need" and "separation of duties". Workflow tools are used to manage tasks in support of these objectives, and the Security Administrator has privileged access to many applications so that he/she can manage the accesses of other users. Our tools monitor over a half-million access rights daily. Each of these is revalidated annually and about a third are changed (adds/deletes/changes) each year.

This means two things:

1) Our processes are relatively standardised in order to support large volumes.
2) We focus a lot on automation to continually improve quality and increase productivity. Security Administrator must ensure accesses are managed in compliance with all IBM corporate security standards, and the process for each individual application.

The main tasks will cover to drive initiatives and projects accross GAM Bratislava application portfolio (more then 400 apps), improve AM process, compliance posture and implement lessons learned from audits and reviews.
