Contract Commercial Manager for France with French language

Job Description

This role facilitates the management of contract activities to achieve business compliance targets and financial revenue on the account. Activities may include ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the particular contract involved; managing both internal and external stakeholders; managing risks to the contract's business objectives; supporting the Project Executive (PE) or Opportunity Owner (OO), billing support and storing/controling the contract related evidence. This role also provides advisory support to the PE/OO on contract compliance activities and requires knowledge of the customer environment as well as strong relationships with the customer.

• Coordinate all work done by the “horizontals” in the shared service
• Prepare and lead monthly interlock calls with account team
• Consolidate and share the presentation with all key monthly contract performance indicators
• Initiate and monitor the billing process on the account
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the particular contract involved, incl. managing both internal and external stakeholders, managing risks to the contract's business objectives, and supporting the PE / OO
