Working with many of the largest organisations in the world our Workday consultants get involved in many of the most exciting projects, from bid and design right through to implementation and delivery. As an Workday HCM Consutlant you will be responsible to:
Gather business requirements

Align business processes and design

Communicate Workday capabilities

Configuration of Workday application


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Previous experience with Workday is not required for this position
• 2 years of consulting experience or experience from HR department
• Functional knowledge across at least one Human Resources function including core HR, benefits, compensation ais required
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• English - Fluent
• ~20% travel

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• German language
• Experience with excel, Visio and Power point
