Payroll Specialist

Job Description

This position covers supportive operational HR tasks. The main part of the work consist of coordinating data inputs from HR Administrator for one legal entity. Working with the data, cross checking the data and creating data Input to the Payroll vendor - during the Payroll cycle. Being responsible for correctness, accuracy, timeliness of the payroll data. Providing assistance for clarification toward vendor requests. Providing assistance when performing RZD. Being responsible and compliant with internal business controls rules, policies and guidance's.

Duties:

- creating payroll policies and procedures
- advising on tax and pay laws
- managing computer software and systems
- analyzing and reporting on financial data
- checking and auditing payroll to make sure regulations are met

Requirements:

We are looking for a senior candidate, having relevant payroll experience. Candidate needs to have good Slovak payroll knowledge, knowledge in terms of Slovak law (taxes, labor code...)
Candidate needs to speak intermediate English, being able to work with excel.
We are looking for a team player with nice communication and interpersonall skills


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Payroll
At least 3 years experience in Operating in a complex matrix work environment
English: Fluent
