Contract Management Specialist

Job Description

The job role of contract management specialist includes following responsibilities:

Job Description:

Contract Change Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating end to end Contract Change
Management Process from Contract Change initiation when an Authorized Initiator completes a contract change request form, through qualification up to its closure.

Major Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate Contract change records in the PgMS Repository (PgMP)
• Attach evidences and approvals in the Contract Change Folder or Secure all obtained evidences
and approvals are stored in a Contract Change Folder
• Take minutes at the Internal Contract Change Review Board Meeting
• Perform the first stage of qualification of Contract Change Requests (ensure the Initiator is
authorized to raise the change and the Contract Change Form is complete)
• Prepare and send rejection notices to Contract Change Initiators
• Obtain evidences and approvals needed for the Contract Change
• Verify Authorized Approvers of the signed and dated Contract Amendment
• Send the original signed and dated Contract Change to STS (Sales Transaction Support)
• Send email notifications with the signed Contract Change attached to all affected
• Daily cooperation and support country Legal personnel

General Contract support responsibilities:

• Pended hours research, analysis, reporting and resolution support
• Pended hours reports distribution
• Contract Gross Profit Pivot Reports: pulling, package and send reports
• Billing submission/contracts reconciliation, research analysis & reporting
• Order Reviews/Approvals (Bond and OrderNow)
• Asset management: password tracking, software consents, compliance, etc.
• Maintain all process & desk level procedures
• Aggregating forecasts for PE’s / PM’s from all contract data
• CBO Technical Environment Support for user accesses and report distribution
• Document filling and maintenance of Teamroom databases
• Quarterly credit check
