Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to apply technical knowledge in order to deliver specialized solutions for Quota. Good knowledge of Excel's VBA programming language is required as most of the solutions are delivered in form of Excel files. While the goals and design get specified, the details of the implementation are left open for the employee to decide. Therefore the employee should be able to build the final solution independently and within the given timeframe. Throughout the deployment, additional support is required in form of bug fixes, helping managing ad-hoc requests and providing guidance.

The second part of the job role is technical support in Quota and Target planning tools. This requires understanding the general concepts of Quota and Target planning and knowledge on how to use the tools. The employee is able to support work in WWTPT in full scope (understands all the steps and is able to finish the work in it with the supplied inputs). Knowledge of the Excel tools (EIT, S&D and Systems Quota tools) is required as well as Brio/ QMF skills. The employee is expected to understand these tools and to be able to provide tool testing and support during deployment.

Technical skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint
• VBA for Macros (required)
• Cognos/Brio
• Database Management
• Programming Languages (HTML, C++ - Optional)

Language skills:

• English fluent in spoken and written
• Additional language would be added advantage
