Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Business Analyst who will be part of the Accounting Center. The role of Business Analyst is to engage with Accounting Experts to focus on development and deployment of tools & applications to simplify job of accountants (e.g. web based application). The Business Analyst is also expected to provide IT specialist knowledge & consulting during implementation.


Main Activities:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs as basis for tool development projects
• Produce As-Is and To-Be Process models
• Develop and implement agreed solution or coordinate the support team in the development of the solution
• Coordinating the validation procedure of the tools standard according to requirements
• Act as an IT tools primary support
• Inform regularly about effectiveness and usage of implemented tools
• Assisting with training materials for tools end-users
• Ensuring deliverables and completion per the project plan
• Assuring proper hand-over of tools to support organization after project go-live
• Communication with all involved parties


Requirements:

• Degree in IT/Economics or student of Master degree focused on IT
• experience as Web application developer
• English: Fluent
• PHP/SQL/DB2
• VBA or Java programming knowledge
• Experience with Lotus Notes databases
• Initiative-taking and analytical way of thinking
• Problem solver and people oriented attitude
• Well-developed communication and organization skills
