Billing Associate

Job Description

This position will be a part of a Global Project Management Office supporting team members around the world and requires billing, analytics and project management experience. Will coordinate global programs, including invoicing and improvement initiatives. This position will have a strong focus on billing and billing related items including act as an interface between the Global PMO and the Geography PMO teams. Track, analyze and create billing reports and drive successful billing resolutions. Advise and coordinate global billing activities and implement global support plans that balance global consistency, service delivery measures and cost measures. Skills for this position require applicants who are equally adept at people, client relationship and business management. There will be staggered scheduled work days.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Sql/DB2, Proficient in MS Office (xls, ppt, word), Project Mgmt, Finance (billing and invoicing) knowledge, process documentation, data analysis, analytics and report creation.
