IBM CIO is now looking for Security Officer responsible for managing accesses for Contract and sales management application Support Security items.


Tasks:

• Manage all aspects of user IDs and user profiles for both test and production systems
• Execute and document secondary controls:
• Perform Billable movement checks
• Execute Table update and all other mandatory checks and provide reports GMC: Sample Check Europe/AP
• Provide Customer Support and support CHIS Global Sales & Contract Mgmt on UID related questions (Europe/AP)
• Raise Inquiries towards development team in case Security related issues occurs
• Support Audit related activities
• Support Projects impacting application security area within application portfolio
• Create/Maintain documentation related to Global Contract and Sales management application
• Keep Secondary controls evidence up to date
• Maintain assigned Lotus Notes DB environment, perform CBN for test system, maintenance, support activities
• Perform SOD checks as defined in the access management process
• Ensure communication and close working relationship across Global Sales & Contract Mgmt teams as externally with delivery organization and stakeholders
