Supply Chain Operations Professional with German

Job Description

Sales Transaction Support operates as a values-driven team, we are trusted advisors to the business operations and we support all business units in all geographic areas.

• Supporting IBM's customers, sales force and Business Partners from initial sales support through contract signing, invoicing and revenue collection
• Acceptance of HW and SW Maintenance Services contracts, modify contracts, cancellations, update inventory, invoicing and reporting activities
• Supporting customers, Business Partners and IBM counterparts in these countries
• Dealing with Technical Support Services queries


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Communication and negotiation skills, excellent written and spoken English and German language
• Ability to team in a multilingual/cultural environment
• Business acumen and high level of attention to detail
• Flexibility in task and time to meet demand at peak times depending on business requirements
