Responsibilites of Business Analyst:

• Ensure successful deployment / implementation of projects within the Global Sales & Contract Mgmt.
• Provides technical advice and support to the Project Manager and project team from the requirements management phase to the deployment phase
• Cooperate with development team and application architects on designing the solution
• Drive the Defect calls with business on a weekly basis - where providing defect status details and updates gained from development team, be responsible for overal sales management defect resolution
• Drive and manage tasks of team and track project progress in the specified areas (MCLM,MSAT,Cognos), together with the Project Manager, for the assigned projects
• Design and verify migration and function test cases
• Perform trouble-shooting, problem solving and tracking during the project life-cycle, including the honeymoon phase
• Provide input to develop and maintain project plans
• Provide input for any identified issues, risks, changes and task progress
• Act as focal point to the Project Manager and interlock with all internal and external counterparts
• Lead/ Identify/ Analyze the technical requirements
• Maintaint the RTC dashboard of Sales management community
• Provide possible interim solutions in case system support cannot be delivered in time


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with Business Analytics
• Experience with DB2
• SQL knowledge
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Project management skills, Agile methodology
