Job Responsibilities:

Administrator in Business Partner Recruitment team is responsible for recruitment and vetting activities for BP contracts - from the moment of receipt of Application form from candidate for Business partner through clarification of missing, unclear or insufficient information with BP candidate, performing of required vetting checks up to preparation of Business partner contract and sending to BP candidate for signature.
Administrator works with internal IBM databases and systems, communicates with external clients (Business partners) and various internal IBM functions (BPO, legal, brand, process owner). Very good English is required due to direct communication with external clients.


Responsibilities:

• Engage in sales opportunities in assistance to Sellers / Business Partners,
• Understand client requirements and ensure documentation is fully compliant with client specifications and requirements,
• Use appropriate collaborative / business tools and templates and coordinate IBM sales team and other supporting departments to produce deliverables according to client’s expectations, within time critical schedules,
• Ensure satisfactory audit and review posture is maintained: through compliance with all relevant aspects of the process,
• Utilize foreign language skills while engaging and cultivating relationships with Sellers, Business Partners and a variety of IBM functions.
