Compliance Advocate - CEM

Job Description

IBM CTEBA (Compliance with Transportation, Entertainment and Business Amenities) plays a unique and integral role in driving key business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results.


Compliance Advocate - CEM
Advocates will focus on Stakeholder relationships and position recommended actions to drive compliance
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Global CTEBA (Compliance with Transportation, Entertainment and Business Amenities) processes, tools and control requirements.
- Lead Stakeholder relationships.
- Provide support, consulting and education on CTEBA process requirements to users and stakeholders (CTEBA Help is positioned as the 1st point of contact).
- Analyze results of Compliance Testing and Post Performance Indicators to understand risk areas and trends for compliance issues.
- Work in partnership with testing team to optimize analysis of Compliance Testing and Post Performance Indicators results and recommend continuous improvements.
- Obtain root cause of control point failures identified through the Compliance Testing process
- Provide expert advice to line management/stakeholders by recommending preventive and remediation action plans to drive compliance.
- Apply the escalation procedure on areas such as pending remediation actions and Operational Management Metrics to help ensure issues are properly addressed.
- Consolidate compliance issues, root cause analysis, remediation plans and statuses to feed Gross vs Net reporting.
- Consolidate, provide input and distribute compliance reports.
- Conduct formal compliance review meetings, providing insight and analysis to Stakeholders.
- Apply consequence model on compliance testing failures.
- Work in partnership with Business Controls, Finance and Legal/Trust & Compliance to align efforts to drive compliance.
- Act as point of contact for audits/BC reviews.

• Previous compliance experience
