The Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support Specialist supports IBM sellers in France. In your new role you will coordinate and manage the process to respond to sellers requests for special prices and proposals as well as register and manage customer's orders in IBM systems. You are responsible for validating requests and orders, creating quotes , communicating with the Sellers in order to ensure the processing of pricing requests and customers orders. You will engage and cultivate relationships with Sellers and a variety of IBM functions. We look for a proactive Team player who pays attention to details, and has the ability to work under pressure. Your daily agenda is as follows: Work with databases and tools in order to check if all the requirements for particular customer request are met, process Seller's requests if all conditions are met, communicate with other IBM functions, especially Pricing team and Sales team on a daily basis, utilize your communication skills while processing requests, writing and calling to sellers or other IBM functions. The key attribute of this role is to be able to demonstrate teaming and ability to properly split the workload when facing high volumes.

• contract preparation (STG mandatories)
• order loading into IBM tools
