GTS Compliance Audit & Risk Assurer: Customer Relationship Management

Job Description

We are currently looking for a CRM Risk & Compliance Coordinator (RCC) for GTS. This role you will be supporting the mission of the team within Client Excellence to continuously improve the controls posture across GTS Europe and ensure we have no failed CRM Corporate Audits.

The role is as a key member of the Bratislavan-based Service Centre. It is responsible for the execution of standardised processes across the 8 IMTs within IOT Europe. (The processes have been developed to cover the key areas of CRM Risk & Compliance needed to demonstrate the contracts are being managed in a state of operational control).

The role will take task leadership from a Process Workstream Leader, who will own the processes that define the day-to-day activities of a team of RCCs.

The RCCs will develop into a team of interchangeable individuals, knowledgeable and experienced in the execution of a variety of processes, being able to deputise for each other when necessary.


Skills required:
Candidate is expected to have previous experience (business, commercial, finance, controls, risk management, etc.).
Experience from different functions e.g. Finance, Business Operations, Contract Management Operation
PC literacy, e.g. Lotus Notes, Microsoft products, SQL, PgMS, ARCOM, CARES, COGNOS, MIRA, WWBCIT is a benefit
IT literacy, including a good level of knowledge of technologies and services an advantage
Good understanding of financial management, business management and controls
Fluent English (written and spoken) with communication on management level
Ability to work under pressure, make decisions to meet critical deadlines
Collaborative, works well in a team environment
Positive, with pro active attitude, flexible, open-minded and innovative
A good sense of humour

The majority of the work can be performed from Bratislava, although the selected candidate might be expected to travel for key review events (particularly CRM Corporate Audits) in Europe, or other important controls activities when required. Candidate is not able to refuse audit, pro-active business review support based on travel.


Required:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in GTS process experience and knowledge; Excellent understanding of Risk management processes, commercial, business management and business controls
English: Fluent
Other languages: Spanish, French, Italian, German, Slovak, Chech, Hungarian, Portuguese, Polish to alevel that allows to read and understand contracts and have business conversation


Preferred:
At least 1 year experience in Finance
