Business Operations Manager for Service Pools

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage cost allocation for the Service Pools of the assigned delivery area:
- understand the content of the service pool
- analyze financial situation and perform regular charge out based on defined allocation key
- manage the Over/Under situation of the service pool
- setup and management of the service pool structure
- handle claim access for the service pools
- establish & manage regular interlock with Pool Driver
- Understand Service content compare to Prelude setup (f.e. Cost Type/Header TXT/Offering/Task Type/...)
- Understand former Alps Service Pool Tool "MBC"


Skills:

- MS Office/Open Office skill advanced
- VBA skill acquired
- Cognos skill extended
- Collaborate globally within a team
- good understanding in cost flow, finance analysis and relationship with internal customers
- be flexible and work accurate under critical time lines
- understand & manage Service Pools accurate and in time

Tools used: Excel, Cognos, TeamRooms, Connections, Web based tools
