Business Partner Disbursment Analyst with English and Italian

Job Responsibilities

Responsibility for end-to-end Business Partner disbursement program execution from the validation of claim received to the final payment according to offering terms and conditions. This includes effective communication with Business Partner and/or IBM internal functions in order to provide sufficient service connected to the role.

1. Receive Business Partner claim/ dispute
2. Validate and analyze claim or dispute as per disbursement program rules, terms and condition supported by desk procedure
3. Work with respective functions to resolve issues/disputes
4. Obtain approvals as per guidelines
5. Ensure that payments are timely and accurately paid based on offering conditions according to internal guidance.
6. Update of all necessary information in tracking tools
7. Support internal audit by providing requested documentation
