Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the eligibility validation of SVI opportunity from the point of the SVI opportunity registration until the payment following rules, processes and management systems provided with the education packages. Responsible of the standard communication with BP and internal functions directly connected to BP’s environment (IBM opportunity owners, local channels teams) when necessary

Job Responsibilities
-Receive the SVI opportunity registered by BP
-Validate and analyze the opportunity or dispute as per the desk procedure – e.g. validation of completeness of the opportunity record, performing Government check against the end user, validate the sales documents provided by BP, validate the opportunity information against the sales order, validate the payment rules and calculate the fee.
- Work with respective functions to resolve problems/issues
-Obtain approvals as per guideline
-Update of all necessary tracking tool
- Maintain high level of internal & external customer satisfaction


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluent in English language
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a multi-lingual / cultural environment

• Applying basic teaming skills to work within teams
• Ability to solve basic problems within own work group and provide an innovative approach to achieve own work group objectives
