Follow strategic Fixed Assets Property Control Asset Review / System PIT process and conduct these Asset Review / System PIT WW Conduct the Asset Review / System PIT with a focus on risk and ensuring coverage across the Geo and across the divisions Follow up on action plans of completed Asset Review / System PIT findings to confirm all write-offs or associated actions Prepare Asset Review / System PIT documentation of all notes, work papers, digital photos, and spread sheets in the PIT team room Follow up on completed Asset Review / System PIT to identify, evaluate and implement process improvements Effective coordination and reporting of Asset Review / System PIT Maintain an effective controls program achieving satisfactory results on all Asset Review / System PIT and achieve satisfactory results on all audits The PIT results are announced to respective country CFO In case of write – off approval of WW Property Control Manager needs to be obtained Submission of MLDB update request for respective System PIT. Submission of MLDB request for respective Asset Review / System PIT write-off Prepare Ad Hoc reports Print and distribution Barcodes Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
