| Job description |
| "Baseline Management includes, but is not limited to: - Coordinate the invoicing process and ensuring smooth billing flow - Submit billing, research analysis & business reporting - Invoice Additional Resource Charge (ARC) /Reduced Resource Charge (RRC) and usage - Invoice Request for Service (RFS) and Other Charges (claimed hours, hourly rates, remaining backlog) - Track current status of billing cycle up to the invoices’ creation: Base Charge, True Up, RFS, Other Charges - Secondary Control of consumption Global Reports (if applicable), Previews, Invoicing Preview Attachment and Final Invoice (if applicable) - Baseline list ownership and keep it up to date after each new signed amendment, contract change, RFS - Track if Baseline Resource Description is up to date and has all appropriate approvals and that each baseline has Work Instructions also with all appropriate approvals - Attend baseline review board meetings, RFS meetings and others if applicable Contract Change Management includes, but is not limited to: - Ensure that all proposed Contract Changes are processed in accordance with Contract Terms and Conditions - Ensure that Contract Changes are initiated and approved by authorised parties - Establish a Contract Change Review Board so that all relevant commercial and delivery issues are considered before proposing or agreeing to a - Contract Change - Ensure that impact analysis is performed on each requested Contract Change so that all Deliverables, Baselines, Projects, Staffing and Skills requirements and Financial Management impacts are identified and passed to the relevant processes and plans for action - Produce metrics and exceptions for the process " |
