Contract Commercial Manager for DACH with German language
Job description |
"Working for Contract Management Services Center in Bratislava, you will be supporting GTS SO DACH Business where you will take responsibility as Contract Commercial Manager. Contract Commercial Manager is responsible for all aspects of running the contract operationally and financially. Role mission 1. Support PE to own the P&L 2. Manage Contract Governance/Compliance and Customer Relationship 3. Interact with all IBM internal department and functions within the responsibility area 4. Acts as an interface into the different contract services. Major Job Duties & Responsibilities 1. P&L responsibility/Invoicing • Request the monthly/ quaterly invoicing based on the contractual agreement or billing instructions from the lead/ Global teams • Understand and provide guidance on the signings & backlog issues • Interact with different departments within IBM to ensure smooth revenue flow • Manage the revenue & cost forecast and roadmap • Manage POs – both vendor & customer • Manage and improve DSO, Manage debt forecast and dealing with disputes • ICA Management in cooperation with Finance – forecasting, providing the information, assure all the actions happen on time • Interlock with Finance on daily basis and present SO Base financials to the leadership team - provide updates about daily movement on both revenue & cost 2. Contract changes management • Draft, review and store all contract changes 3. Manage Work at risk • Open and close work at risk • Maintain and follow up case by case • Resolve work at risk within an account team 4. Manage contract performance • Prepare and lead monthly account meetings • Prepare meeting minutes and distribute • Prepare PMR (project management review) presentation 5. Review and audit management • Responsible for all documentation and approvals for specific account • Responsible for monthly compliance posture • Support PE in all reviews 6. Contract deliverables and baselines management 7. Risk and Issues management Education/Skills/Abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • SO Commercial and SO Technical skills • Fluency in English and German is mandatory, both written and verbal • Excellent Financial knowledge • Strong numerical skills • Strong analytical skills • Attention to detail • Self-sufficient to a high degree • Proactive process innovations to avoid issues and risks (rather than fixes after the fact) • Orchestrate Account team cross-functionally. Need leadership skills • Client facing. Fluent German to enable effective external communication with the client and deeply understand and prepare contracts and other local documents • Ability to work under time and workload pressures and to set deadlines • Excellent inter/intra team working skills balanced with ability to work unsupervised • Understanding of IBM in general and Service Delivery organization (IS) is an advantage • Applied and in depth knowledge of MS Office (focus on Excel analysis) • Reasonable knowledge of Lotus Notes and Connections • Strong coordination and remote management skills • Ability to understand IMT strategy as well as the business environment • General Project Management skills • Strengths in Informed Judgment, ability to take calculated risks" |
