Job Role description and responsibilities Data Integration Specialist will have to design, develop and implement Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes, programs and scripts using structured software development method, develop data/metadata models and technical specifications using standard modeling techniques. He/She will consult with analysts, data providers and business operations staff to understand and elaborate data dissemination requirements and propose technical solutions. Also, he/she will evaluate data product requirements from data providers and translate the requirements into technical specifications, define technical standards; evaluate alternative protocols, tools and standards, conduct root cause analysis and resolve production. Data Integration Specialist will primarily apply his/her technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment. Required Bachelor's Degree At least 3 year experience in IT sector At least 1.5 year experience in • IBM InfoSphere DataStage (former Ascential) 7.x or 8.x • Informatica PowerCenter 7.x or 8.x or 9.x • Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • AbInitio • Pentaho • SAS Data Integration • Oracle Data Integration (ODI) • Adeptia Integration Suite • Centerprise • Data Services • Clover ETL • Data Migrator And / or • Any ETL tool At least 1 year experience in Data Integration At least 1 year experience in Data Modeling At least 2 years experience in RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, SQLServer, etc) At least 1 year experience in writing technical specifications English: Fluent Preferred Any of the following: At least 3 years experience in Data Modeling / Database Design At least 2.5 year experience in • IBM InfoSphere DataStage (former Ascential) 7.x or 8.x • Informatica PowerCenter 7.x or 8.x or 9.x • Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • AbInitio • Pentaho • SAS Data Integration • Oracle Data Integration (ODI) • Adeptia Integration Suite • Centerprise • Data Services • Clover ETL • Data Migrator And / or • Any ETL tool At least 3 years experience in RDBMS (DB2, Oracle, SQLServer, etc) At least 3 years experience in writing technical specifications French or Italian or German(1468) |
