Service Line Business Operations Analyst role
Job description |
"Job description: Employee in this role will be responsible to support four service line executives reporting to Rona Collins, GM IS Europe. The employee will run the sales cadence reporting and create the management system around it. Depending on the candidate, the role has potential to be quite senior and grant high visibility on IOT level. Technical specialism and experience is advantage in at least accounting, finance, controls. Main activities include: Data analysis on sales performance including o Assessing signings and in-quarter revenue PV and input based on prior performance, (eg. how much revenue an IMT normally generates from a certain amount of signings vs what they are) o Consolidation of spreadsheet input from IMTs (may include chasing as well) o Win rate analysis o Identifying trends (such as shift in deal size from small to big, changes in classifications of revenue) o Sales management reporting (pipeline, signings and associated in-quarter revenue, key deals), analysing monthly financial results to see if they are in line with what was expected o Updating sales reporting models based on changing requirements (e.g. capturing new categories of sales such as ""mobile"", or ""cloud"") o Participating on the weekly sales calls with the sales managers from each IMT, taking notes and form questions o Role could also involve minute taking for the sales calls. o Root cause analysis on trends and issues Required skills: Numeracy Excellent communication in English considering English speaking client Excellent MS Office Excel knowledge Ability to multitask Ability to influence management Ability to deal with client at senior level Ability to work under pressure, make decisions to meet critical deadlines High level of independency (work alone) required Good understanding of financial management, business management and accounting is advantage. Positive, with pro active attitude, flexible, open-minded and innovative. Incomplete staff work is intolerable." |
