Customer Service Representative with German language 

Job description

Job description:
• Provide excellent customer service in IT support
• Handle internet and telephone based customer queries from IBM employees in Central & Eastern Europe
• Perform problem determination and recording of accurate details on all incoming queries and problems.
• Deal with both technical and non-technical people at all levels within the organisation
• Undertake internal and external training as required.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical customer requests to ensure IBM business continuity
• Work as part of a team and escalate issues where necessary to the Team Subject Matter Expert or Team Leader
• Must adhere to the monthly schedule, times for break, lunch and off-phone time
• Developing knowledge on IBM applications such as Lotus Notes, Windows Operating Systems, Linux, LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP connectivity, Printing solutions, Main frame applications, Global Web architecture.

Skills:
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English and German (written, spoken)
• Team spirit, able to work in a high performing international team
• Take initiative and work as independent on daily tasks
• Excellent time keeping
• Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Linux, Networks (LAN/WAN), Lotus Notes and other applications is welcome
• Good computer writing skills
• Willing to learn and increase knowledge in technical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints
• Willing to work in a target driven environment

Required
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • At least 6 months experience in Information Technology
  • At least 6 months experience in Customer service area
  • English: Fluent
  • German: Fluent
