Services Support with French or Italian language

Support IBM sellers and Business Partners across Europe. The main focus is to actively support our Customers, Business Partners, and Sales by responding in a positive, proactive manner and by producing high quality, accurate outputs.

The main job tasks include:
- Initiate STS support
- Provide client reference and ICAP research
- Process Mandatory documentation
- Assistance in TSS unique activities
- Inventory management and opportunity related tasks
- Day to day bid support and monitoring
- Pricing
- Document management etc


You will interact internally with several IBM functions. You will be asked also to take over the ownership of the submitted request, driving them to resolution. Your ability to establish strong relationships and build confidence with the clients and involved Support Functions will be vital. We are looking for a dynamic and intuitive Team Player, demonstrating flexibility to deal with a challenging and fast changing business environment.


Requirements

• Communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English + 2nd language of supported country (French or Italian)
• Ability to team in a multilingual/cultural environment
• Business acumen and high level of attention to detail
• Flexibility in task and time to meet demand at peak times depending on business requirements

Responsibilities

• Initial sales support for IBM's customers, sales force, business partners and IBM counterparts
• engagement in qualified sales opportunities to deliver a proposal for hardware, software & services
• performance of standard checks and ensuring high quality output
• actively using appropriate communication tools in order to ensure fast resolution of requests, queries and problems
• focus on Customer and Business Partner Satisfaction, both externally and internally
• ensure all evidence is stored using appropriate data management systems
• ensure audit ability is maintained through compliance with all guidance of Solution Design and Delivery process, Business control, Reviews and approval requirements and IBM Corporate guidelines
