Person has to have very good analytical & logical thinking, be able to work with huge number of data, use more system/tools/databases in once and be able to work with them in order to get one consolidated output. Technical skills are also very important, because person has to be able build up the query, work with brio/hyperion/QMF and Excel on very good level. Responsibilities in this role include: - work on regular tasks as requests comming from our stakeholders, regular reports, etc. - actively participate on ongoing project - proactive customer data maintenance (perform corrections based on the self driven investigation in the systems) – take a lead in resolving complex issues, communicate clearly, anticipate and timely react on any upcoming issues - proactivity – look for ways how to improve established processes and tools - actively communicate in global environment and leverage the best practices cross region - perform proactive analyses of data to ensure ongoing data quality improvements with target to minimize the reactive corrections (issues found by downstream users) - actively participate on improving the quality of CCMS and related reporting, highlight issues to appropriate party and look for creative ways to overcome obstacles - clarify and solve discrepancies between the country business needs and the CCMS logic to work towards mutual agreement - come up with simplifications and process improvements Required language: Beneficial experience: Valuable skills: Successful candidates can use great benefits provided by the IBM company for its employees.
