| Job description |
| HR Student for sourcing of free candidates is responsible for optimizing sourcing channels by prescreening of direct applications from recruitment Human Resources Information System (HRIS), active search on job boards and social networks. Primary job objectives of HR Specialist - Sourcer: · Cooperation with recruiter on identifying the best recruitment sources · Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need · Conduct prescreening interviews via phone · Use job boards and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates · Monthly reporting · Administration Required knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · University Student (ideally 3rd year) · Skills in database management and record keeping · Fluent English plus German or French is advantage · Effective oral and written communication skills · Ability to work as part of the performance driven team · Ability to work independently with proactive approach |
