The Account Administrator for Order Entry Management role is an operational role: • Perform activities related to the transactions, such as order validation, credit checking, data entry, inventory movements • Ensure the Customer Satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and proactive problem resolution. • Understand customer expectations and support these through appropriate communication and action. • Maintain awareness of requests and processing activities and initiate communication regarding problems and solutions to appropriate IBM contact points. Practice cross-functional teaming. • Share workload and when required pass on to team-mates. • Maintain awareness of customer needs and take appropriate actions with IBM contact point as necessary.
