| Job description |
| "SO-D EMEA Mailbox reporting role handles various reports for Infrastructure Services(IS) line of business. Focusing on claims and SSO(Server System Operations) . The solution owner is resposible for timely, accurate and responsible delivery of the tasks and reports. The role covers weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles to ensure proper information is available for our custommers according to SLA's. The specific reports cover areas of monthly claim reports, SSO reports,Travel reports,scorecards ,LCM(Life Cycle management) reporting and others. Comunication is required via emails, SameTime(chat) and calls with stakeholders covering Cost managers,Mailbox coordinator,Bus. operations and IS transition leads. Management of the EMEA Business Operations SO Claim reporting database infrastructure. - Weekly & Monthly preparation of source data, processing and posting/issuing reports. - Misc. BAU activities that provide source data for the reports - Access control for the tools and teamrooms - Additional related development/project tasks - various claim reporting (monthly and weekly) - learning, skills, education, scorecards reporting (monthly) - travel tool management/administration + travel reports (ad hoc/ monthly) - LCM & cost recoveries - calculating and base file preperation, consolidating of final submission file - LCM Deck consolidation tools used: excel, brio/hyperion, cognos, lotus TRs" |
