Payroll / Travel / Compensation Accountant
| Job description |
| This job role consists of: • Preparing timely and accurate financial analysis in area of Payroll, Travel and Compensation accrual accounting in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, corporate accounting practices and Local Statutory & Tax requirements; • Performing maintenance of assigned general ledger accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger entries; • Ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting frameworks; • Interaction with the clients (e.g. HR) in respect of Payroll, Travel and Compensation accruals and financial impacts; • Driving continuous process improvements, also via application of Six Sigma methodology. • Propose new controls or adjust procedures to address emerging issues not covered under existing standard practices Required - Master's Degree - Good knowledge of double entry bookkeeping - At least 1 year experience in MS Office/Excel - English: Fluent Additional requirements: - Analytical and logical thinking - Pro-activeness - Communication skills |
