| "DACH IMT TSS DNSO (Discover New Service Opportunities) Accountability Job description: You will be the leader for the DNSO business, TSS DACH IMT, and its profitable growth, reporting to the leader TSS DACH, Growth Initiatives. This role includes the entire E2E management and the business accountability for DNSO. Role and goal: Accountability for the DACH IMT business goals (scope = DNSO, revenue, signings, OI = number of deals and value of total pipeline) Definition of the DNSO FY Fall Plan 2015 (OI initiatives, yield expected, help required, RTM enablement required (goals + actions)), considering the growth areas of the TSS Fall Plan 2015 Responsibility for annual signing /revenue growth + 10% Y/Y Lead and transformation the DNSO award program Be the focal point for DNSO leads/requests – implement, finalize and tracking the pipeline mgmt. Establish and implementation lunch & learn calls. By quarter and by CE territory. Distribute the status files each month to a defined community monthly check and report of all closed DNSO Leads and Awards External customer interaction in which sales is missing the defined SLAs (deals > 10 days without progression) Distribute monthly status files to a defined community Responsibility the DACH IMT DNSO tool and process Establish strong interlock to the IMT functions – sales, OOs, marketing, delivery (SMM – Service Marketing Manager), interlock with the IOT DNSO focal point Requirements: Basic finance / accounting knowledge Bachelor’s degree At least 1 year experience in Sales Transaction Support in TSS line of Business IT skills required: Advanced MS Excel Advanced MS Powerpoint Brio/Cognos basics Language skills required: Fluent German Fluent English Soft skills required: Advanced communication skills (both written and spoken) Adaptability & flexibility Teamwork Standing, Seniority behavior, good negotiation skills" |
