| " The role of the HR partner, as client-facing representatives, is to work with line managers and executive teams on all people-related issues and identify solutions that inspire employees to improve individual and business performance while creating value for the company The comprehensive SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILTY for HR Business Partner contains: Providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues Through partnering with other HR functions, deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) and strategy. Providing strategic and operational guidance and direction to others in this role and to functional areas Serving as a team leader or cross-functional HR teams at the business unit, site, country or region level Requirements: at least 2 years of experience at position senior HR partner/Generalist at international company experience with solving difficult and complex HR tasks good knowledge of Labor code and Slovak legislation, ability to discuss with Slovak legal authorities English: Fluent Slovakian: Fluent Master's Degree " |
